Applikationshinweise: Application Note: Anti-Donkey IgG Alkaline Phosphatase Antibody has been tested by ELISA and is assayed against 1.0 μg of Donkey IgG in a standard capture ELISA using pNPP (p-nitrophenyl phosphate code # NPP-10) as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  A working dilution of 1:3,000 to 1:15,000 of the reconstitution concentration is suggested for this product.  Immunohistochemistry Dilution: 1:200 - 1:1,000 Western Blot Dilution: 1:500 - 1:2,500 ELISA Dilution: 1:15,000 Other: User Optimized

The whole IgG molecule possesses both the F(c) region, recognized by high-affinity Fc receptor proteins, as well as the F(ab) region possessing the epitope-recognition site. Both heavy and light chains of the antibody molecule are present.
