Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Application Note: Anti-Chicken IgG F(c) Antibody has been tested in ELISA and Western Blot. Anti-Chicken IgG F(c) Antibody has been assayed against 1.0 μg of Chicken IgG in a standard capture ELISA using TMB as a substrate for 30 minutes at room temperature.  A working dilution of 1:5,000 to 1:20,000 is suggested for this product.
