Aufreinigung: This product was prepared from electrophoretically pure Streptavidin.  Assay by immunoelectrophoresis resulted in a single precipitin arc against anti-beta galactosidase (E.coli) and anti-Streptavidin.  No reaction was observed against anti-Avidin.
