Rekonstitution: Centrifuge the vial at 10000 rpm for 30 s before opening, reconstitute in sterile distilled water to a concentration of 0.1-1 mg/mL by gently pipetting 2-3 times, don't vortex.

Buffer: Lyophilized from a 0.2 μm filtered solution of 20 mM PB, 150 mM NaCl, 1 mM EDTA, pH 7.4.

Lagerung: -20 °C,-80 °C
