Production of the two different offered TBE antigens the Tick-borne encephalitis Virus (strain Moscow B-4) is cultivated in Vero cells and the virus is purified by centrifugation and further size exclusion chromatography. The antigens are suitable for the detection of IgG and IgM antibodies against TBE.
