Format: Lyophilized

Rekonstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Hintergrund: CD38 (cluster of differentiation 38), also known as cyclic ADP ribose hydrolase, is a transmembrane glycoprotein found on the surface of some immune cells including plasma cells, activated or immature T and B cells, monocytes, and natural killer cells. CD38 participates in cell adhesion, signal transduction and calcium signaling.

Molekulargewicht: 30.7 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 45-58 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
