Format: Lyophilized

Rekonstitution: Centrifuge the tube before opening. Reconstituting to a concentration more than 100 μg/mL is recommended. Dissolve the lyophilized protein in distilled water.

Buffer: Lyophilized from 0.22μm filtered solution in PBS ( pH 7.4). Normally 8 % trehalose is added as protectant before lyophilization.

Hintergrund: CD24 is a sialoglycoprotein expressed at the surface of most B lymphocytes and differentiating neuroblasts. It is also expressed on neutrophils and neutrophil precursors from the myelocyte stage onwards. The potential for targeting CD24 in cancer therapy seems promising, as CD24 is overexpressed in many human cancers.

Molekulargewicht: 29.1 kDa. Due to glycosylation, the protein migrates to 58-62 kDa based on Tris-Bis PAGE result.
