Application Note: MIP-3α is suitable as a control for polyclonal or monoclonal anti-MIP-3α in immunological assays.
Other Performance Data: Biological Activity: Mouse MIP-3-alpha is fully biologically active when compared to standard. Activity is determined by the proteins ability to chemoattract mouse CCR6 transfected HEK/293 cells using a concentration range of 0.1-10.0 ng/mL. Endotoxin Level: Measured by LAL is <0.01 ng/μg or <0.1EU/μg.
