    Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-VPS54 antibody (Catalog #: ARP56167_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.

  • Target
    VPS54 (Vacuolar Protein Sorting 54 Homolog (VPS54))
    Hintergrund
VPS54 may be involved in retrograde transport from early and late endosomes to late Golgi. This gene encodes for a protein that in yeast forms part of a trimeric vacuolar-protein-sorting complex that is required for retrograde transport of proteins from prevacuoles to the late Golgi compartment. As in yeast, mammalian Vps54 proteins contain a coiled-coil region and dileucine motifs. Alternative splicing results in multiple transcript variants encoding different isoforms.
