    Produktmerkmale

This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-TJP2 antibody (Catalog #: ARP42942_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.

    Hintergrund

Tight junction proteins (TJPs) belong to a family of membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) homologs that are involved in the organization of epithelial and endothelial intercellular junctions. TJPs bind to the cytoplasmic C termini of junctional transmembrane proteins and link them to the actin cytoskeleton.Tight junction proteins (TJPs) belong to a family of membrane-associated guanylate kinase (MAGUK) homologs that are involved in the organization of epithelial and endothelial intercellular junctions.
