Applikation
Blocking Peptide (BP), Western Blotting (WB)
Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-SLITRK1 antibody (Catalog #: ARP50218_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Hintergrund
Members of the SLITRK family, such as SLITRK1, are integral membrane proteins with 2 N-terminal leucine-rich repeat (LRR) domains similar to those of SLIT proteins. Most SLITRKs, but not SLITRK1, also have C-terminal regions that share homology with neurotrophin receptors. SLITRKs are expressed predominantly in neural tissues and have neurite-modulating activity.Members of the SLITRK family, such as SLITRK1, are integral membrane proteins with 2 N-terminal leucine-rich repeat (LRR) domains similar to those of SLIT proteins (see SLIT1, MIM 603742).
