Blocking Peptide (BP), Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-RPN2 antibody (Catalog #: ARP45400_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Ribophorin II (RPN2)
Hintergrund
RPN2 is a type I integral membrane protein found only in the rough endoplasmic reticulum. The protein is part of an N-oligosaccharyl transferase complex that links high mannose oligosaccharides to asparagine residues found in the Asn-X-Ser/Thr consensus motif of nascent polypeptide chains. This gene encodes a type I integral membrane protein found only in the rough endoplasmic reticulum. The encoded protein is part of an N-oligosaccharyl transferase complex that links high mannose oligosaccharides to asparagine residues found in the Asn-X-Ser/Thr consensus motif of nascent polypeptide chains. This protein is similar in sequence to the yeast oligosaccharyl transferase subunit SWP1.
