Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-RIPK5 antibody (Catalog #: ARP55938_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Hintergrund
RIPK5 may induce both caspase-dependent apoptosis and caspase-independent cell death. This gene encodes a dual serine/threonine and tyrosine protein kinase which is expressed in multiple tissues. Multiple alternatively spliced transcript variants have been found, but the biological validity of some variants has not been determined.
