Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-RGS20 antibody (Catalog #: ARP34053_T100). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.

(Regulator of G-Protein Signaling 20 (RGS20))
Hintergrund
Regulator of G protein signaling (RGS) proteins are regulatory and structural components of G protein-coupled receptor complexes. RGS proteins are GTPase-activating proteins for Gi class G-alpha proteins. They accelerate transit through the cycle of GTP binding and hydrolysis and thereby accelerate signaling kinetics and termination.
