Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-NCAPH2 antibody (Catalog #: ARP55483_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Hintergrund
Condensin complexes I and II play essential roles in mitotic chromosome assembly and segregation. Both condensins contain 2 invariant structural maintenance of chromosome (SMC) subunits, SMC2 and SMC4, but they contain different sets of non-SMC subunits. NCAPH2 is 1 of 3 non-SMC subunits that define condensin II.Condensin complexes I and II play essential roles in mitotic chromosome assembly and segregation.
