    Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-MYOZ1 Antibody(ARP48397_P050),. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.

    Myozenin 1 (MYOZ1)
    Hintergrund
Myozenins may serve as intracellular binding proteins involved in linking Z-disk proteins such as alpha-actinin, gamma-filamin, TCAP/telethonin, LDB3/ZASP and localizing calcineurin signaling to the sarcomere. MYOZ1 plays an important role in the modulation of calcineurin signaling. MYOZ1 may play a role in myofibrillogenesis.
