This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-IRF3 antibody (Catalog #: ARP31992_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.

IRF3
(Interferon Regulatory Factor 3 (IRF3))
Hintergrund
IRF3 is interferon regulatory factor 3, a member of the interferon regulatory transcription factor (IRF) family. IRF3 is found in an inactive cytoplasmic form that upon serine/threonine phosphorylation forms a complex with CREBBP. This complex translocates to the nucleus and activates the transcription of interferons alpha and beta, as well as other interferon-induced genes.IRF3 encodes interferon regulatory factor 3, a member of the interferon regulatory transcription factor (IRF) family.
