Blocking Peptide (BP), Immunohistochemistry (IHC), Western Blotting (WB)
Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-HAL antibody (Catalog #: ARP45694_T100). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.

HAL
(Histidine Ammonia-Lyase (HAL))
Hintergrund
HAL is a cytosolic enzyme catalyzing the first reaction in histidine catabolism, the nonoxidative deamination of L-histidine to trans-urocanic acid. HAL defects cause histidinemia which is characterized by increased histidine and histamine and decreased urocanic acid in body fluidsHistidine ammonia-lyase is a cytosolic enzyme catalyzing the first reaction in histidine catabolism, the nonoxidative deamination of L-histidine to trans-urocanic acid.
