Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-GPS1 antibody (Catalog #: ARP58000_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Hintergrund
This protein is known to suppress G-protein and mitogen-activated signal transduction in mammalian cells. It shares significant similarity with Arabidopsis FUS6, which is a regulator of light-mediated signal transduction in plant cells. This gene is known to suppress G-protein and mitogen-activated signal transduction in mammalian cells. The encoded protein shares significant similarity with Arabidopsis FUS6, which is a regulator of light-mediated signal transduction in plant cells. Two alternatively spliced transcript variants encoding different isoforms have been found for this gene.
