    Hintergrund
    In the nervous system, ENTPD1 could hydrolyze ATP and other nucleotides to regulate purinergic neurotransmission. ENTPD1 could also be implicated in the prevention of platelet aggregation. It hydrolyzes ATP and ADP equally well.
