Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-COLEC12 antibody (Catalog #: ARP50284_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Hintergrund
COLEC12 is a member of the C-lectin family,??proteins that possess collagen-like sequences and carbohydrate recognition domains. This protein is a scavenger receptor, a cell surface glycoprotein that can bind to carbohydrate antigens on microorganisms facilitating their recognition and removal. In addition, these receptors can recognize oxidized phospholipids so they may also participate in removing oxidatively damaged or apoptotic cells. This gene encodes a member of the C-lectin family, proteins that possess collagen-like sequences and carbohydrate recognition domains.
