This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-Cdkn3 Antibody. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Cdkn3 may play a role in cell cycle regulation. It has dual specificity phosphatase active toward substrates containing either phosphotyrosine or phosphoserine residues. It dephosphorylates CDK2 at 'Thr-160' in a cyclin-dependent manner.
