Blocking Peptide (BP), Western Blotting (WB), Immunohistochemistry (IHC)
Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-AHR antibody (Catalog #: ARP32243_T100). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Aryl Hydrocarbon Receptor (AHR)
Hintergrund
AHR is a ligand-activated transcription factor involved in the regulation of biological responses to planar aromatic hydrocarbons. This receptor has been shown to regulate xenobiotic-metabolizing enzymes such as cytochrome P450. Its ligands included a variety of aromatic hydrocarbons.
