Produktmerkmale
This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ACSL1 antibody (Catalog #: ARP32784_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
Each Investigator should determine their own optimal working dilution for specific applications.

Hintergrund
ACSL1 encodes an isozyme of the long-chain fatty-acid-coenzyme A ligase family. Although differing in substrate specificity, subcellular localization, and tissue distribution, all isozymes of this family convert free long-chain fatty acids into fatty acyl-CoA esters, and thereby play a key role in lipid biosynthesis and fatty acid degradation. The protein encoded by this gene is an isozyme of the long-chain fatty-acid-coenzyme A ligase family.
