A synthetic peptide for use as a blocking control in assays to test for specificity of NBEAL1 antibody, Alternative Names: NBEAL1 control peptide, NBEAL1 antibody Blocking Peptide, Anti-NBEAL1 Blocking Peptide, Neurobeachin-Like 1 Blocking Peptide, A530083I02Rik Blocking Peptide, ALS2CR17 Blocking Peptide, NBEAL1, NBEAL-1, NBEAL 1, NBEAL-1 Blocking Peptide, NBEAL 1 Blocking Peptide
Aufreinigung
The antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide is removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Optimal conditions should be determined by the investigator

Hintergrund
NBEAL1 belongs to the WD repeat neurobeachin family. It contains 1 BEACH domain and 2 WD repeats. NBEAL1 is highly expressed in brain, kidney, prostate and testis and weakly expressed in ovary, small intestine, colon and peripheral blood leukocytes. It may be correlative to several tumors, such as ovary serous adenocarcinoma and metastasis mammary gland carcinoma breast.
