A synthetic peptide for use as a blocking control in assays to test for specificity of MKRN1 antibody, Alternative Names: MKRN1 control peptide, MKRN1 antibody Blocking Peptide, Anti-MKRN1 Blocking Peptide, Makorin Ring Finger Protein 1 Blocking Peptide, FLJ21334 Blocking Peptide, RNF61 Blocking Peptide, MKRN1, MKRN-1, MKRN 1, MKRN-1 Blocking Peptide, MKRN 1 Blocking Peptide
Aufreinigung
Rabbit Anti-HDAC5 (Phospho-Ser498) Polyclonal Antibody is affinity-purified from rabbit antiserum by affinity-chromatography using epitope-specific phosphopeptide. The antibody against non-phosphopeptide was removed by chromatography using non-phosphopeptide corresponding to the phosphorylation site.
Optimal conditions should be determined by the investigator

Hintergrund
The Makorin ring finger protein-1 gene (MKRN1) is a highly transcribed, intron-containing source for a family of intronless mammalian genes encoding a novel class of zinc finger proteins. Phylogenetic analyses indicate that the MKRN1 gene is the ancestral founder of this gene family.
