    Kommentare

This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ULK3 Antibody(ARP58971_P050),. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

    Hintergrund

Background Information: ULK3 is the serine/threonine protein kinase which enhances GLI1 and GLI2 transcriptional activity and consequently positively regulates GLI-dependent SHH signaling. ULK3 may exert this function by promoting GLI1 nuclear localization. ULK3 phosphorylates in vitro GLI2, as well as GLI1 and GLI3, although less efficiently.
