This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-Aadacl1 Antibody (ARP49569_P050),. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Hintergrund
-
Background Information: Aadacl1 is hydrolyzes 2-acetyl monoalkylglycerol ether, the penultimate precursor of the pathway for de novo synthesis of platelet-activating factor. It may be responsible for cholesterol ester hydrolysis in macrophages. It also involved in organ detoxification by hydrolyzing exogenous organophosphorus compounds.
