    Kommentare

This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-HMG20A antibody ( ARP31471_P050). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

    Hintergrund

Background Information: HMG20A plays a role in neuronal differentiation as chromatin-associated protein. It overcomes the repressive effects of the neuronal silencer REST and induces the activation of neuronal-specific genes. The protein also act as inhibitor of HMG20B. It involved in the recruitment of the histone methyltransferase MLL and consequent increased methylation of histone H3 lysine 4.
