This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-Gja10 Antibody(ARP42834_P050),. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Hintergrund

Background Information: One gap junction consists of a cluster of closely packed pairs of transmembrane channels, the connexons, through which materials of low MW diffuse from one cell to a neighboring cell.Gja10 is ivolved in tracer coupling between horizontal cells of the retina.Gja10 may play a role in the regulation of horizontal cell patterning.
