This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-ARX antibody ( ARP36825_T100). It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications. Please inquire for more details.

Hintergrund
- ARX (Aristaless-related genes), a subset of the Paired-related homeobox genes, is a group of regulators of essential events during vertebrate embryogenesis. Arx was highly conserved between mouse and zebrafish. Studies have disclosed its neuromeric expression in the forebrain and longitudinal expression in the floor plate in mouse and zebrafish. It is also expressed in the dorsal telencephalon (presumptive cerebral cortex) of mouse embryos.
