This is a synthetic peptide designed for use in combination with anti-LIRB3 Antibody. It may block above mentioned antibody from binding to its target protein in western blot and/or immunohistochecmistry under proper experimental settings. There is no guarantee for its use in other applications.
LIRB3 may act as receptor for class I MHC antigens. It becomes activated upon coligation of LILRB3 and immune receptors, such as FCGR2B and the B-cell receptor. Down-regulates antigen-induced B- cell activation by recruiting phosphatases to its immunoreceptor tyrosine-based inhibitor motifs (ITIM).
