Verwendungszweck: The Salmonella Rapid Detection Kit is a qualitative test for a broad spectrum of Salmonella serotypes found in food samples. Results can be recorded in 20-25 minutes.

Produktmerkmale: The Salmonella Rapid Detection Kit is a qualitative lateral flow test that detects a broad spectrum of Salmonella serotypes in enrichment media.
The test is based on the use of Salmonella-specific antibodies. The reaction between the enriched positive sample and the gold-conjugated antibody will form a complex that migrates along the test membrane. An immobilized capture antibody will form a red line at the test line (T) area upon reacting with the sample/gold complex. An internal control line (C) is included with the test cassette to assure that the test has been processed correctly. Total test time is 20-25 minutes from sample addition.
