Verwendungszweck: Development kit contains the basic components required for the development of sandwich ELISAs to measure natural and recombinant human Urokinase-type Plasminogen Activator Receptor (uPAR) in cell culture supernates. Other samples types, such as plasma and serum need to be validated prior to use. Each kit contains sufficient materials to run ELISAs on approximately fifteen 96-well plates.

Bestandteile:

• Capture Antibody 1x1 vial uPAR Pab MoxHu Concentration, ~700ug/ml, Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile sterile PBS. Working dilution, 4ug/ml in PBS.
• Detection Antibody (Biotin) 1x1 vial Concentration, ~36ug/ml Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with 1ml sterile Reagent Diluent (Not supplied). Working dilution, 200ng/ml in Reagent Diluent.
• * Standard 3x1 vial Concentration, ~120ng/ml Supplied as a lyophilized powder. Reconstitute with 500ul of sterile dd. Allow the standard to sit for a minimum of 15 minutes with gentle agitation prior to making dilutions. Aliquot and store at -70° C for up to 6 months. A seven point standard curve using 2-fold serial dilutions in Reagent Diluent, and a high standard of 2000pg/ml is recommended.
• Streptavidin (HRP) 1x1ml Store at 4° C for up to 6 months. DO NOT FREEZE. Dilute 1:200 using Reagent Diluent.
