ChIP-IT® qPCR Analysis Kits are quality control tested in combination with 's ChIP-IT® High Sensitivity Kit . MCF-7 cells and 4 μg of a negative control IgG. The ChIP DNA and the Input DNA were then tested in qPCR according to the ChIP-IT qPCR Analysis Kit. The data is normalized and graphed as Binding events detected per 1,000 cells and the values for the Human Negative Control Primer Set 1 must be below 2. Signal from the negative IgG represents non-specific binding. Values for the IgG with either positive or negative control primer sets should fall below 2.
