HeLa cells were grown, fixed and used to prepare chromatin as described in the RNA ChIP-IT Kit manual. RNA-ChIP reactions were then performed using 10 μl of Suz12 antibody and 10 μl of control rabbit IgG (0.2 μg/μl). The immunoprecipitated RNA and the control input RNA were then used in RT-PCR using lincSFPQ primer mix.
