Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Suitable for molecular immunology, molecular biology and nucleic acid methodologies, when applicable. This product is a 10X concentrated stock solution and should be diluted appropriately with distilled, deionized water or equivalent to its final working concentration. This buffer consists of 1.0 M Tris HCl, 1.5 M Sodium Chloride and 0.1% (v/v) Tween-20 at a pH of 7.5.  Meticulously prepared using ultra pure reagents dissolved in highly polished pharmaceutical grade deionized water.

Kommentare:

Tween Tris buffered saline is suitable for multiple applications including biological diluent buffer for antibodies or other biologics. Also may be used as a wash buffer for immunological assays including western blot, immunohistochemistry, immunofluorescence microscopy, and ELISA.
