Anwendungsinformationen

Applikationshinweise: Sample can be prepared under reducing conditions with the addition of a reducing agent such as beta-mercaptoethanol or DTT. Dilute to 1X in sample. Do not heat prior to loading on gel. For reducing buffer, add 5 % (v/v) beta-mercaptoethanol or 1 mM DTT to 1X loading buffer and sample. Boil sample/loading buffer for 5 min. Do not store buffer with reducing agent, add fresh prior to each use.
