- Pre-coupled Mg-ATP is an ideal energy source for semi-purified conjugation/degradation reactions. Supplied as a pH adjusted solution and will not alter reaction pH . Eliminates the reaction needed to produce usable ATP when MgCl2 and ATP are added separately. The amount provided is sufficient for 10 to 50 reactions depending on conditions.
