Conjugate stabilizer diluent,HRP
-
Protokoll
- Performance of the product was verified by testing in the ELISA format. Briefly, an HRP conjugate was diluted 1 /20,000 in HRP Conjugate Stabilizer and saline (1:1). The conjugate diluent was then incubated at 50°C for two days. Product stabilization of the conjugate is confirmed if the conjugate maintains 90% mean activity when tested against panel sera.

Suggested for preparing HRP Conjugates in the HRP Conjugate Stabilizer:
1. This HRP Conjugate Stabilizer is supplied ready to use, but also can be diluted up to 1:1 (final use dilution of stabilizer) in a saline solution (0.9% NaCl) to give greater product economy without compromising performance. Add the HRP conjugate to this stabilizer solution to achieve the desired dilution for your application. HEPES and MOPS buffers are highly compatible with the stabilizing solution, but only very small amounts of phosphate buffered solutions may be added.
2. Accelerated stability studies can be performed for several days at 45-50°C to insure efficacy of the stabilizing solution with your particular applications.
Each laboratory should determine an optimum working titer for use in its particular application. Other applications have not been tested but use in such assays should not necessarily be excluded. -
