Applikationshinweise: Staining Procedure: This antibody can be used on formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded tissue sections. Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:15 to 1:20 in IHC. When using paraffin-embedded and formalin-fixed tissues, high temperature antigenic unmasking technique) is strongly recommended for consistent and reproducible results.
