Applikationshinweise: Immunohistochemistry: (Paraffin/Frozen): 1:50-1:100
WB: 1:100-1:500.
Staining Procedure: Prolonged fixation in buffered formalin can destroy the epitope. The antibody may be used at a dilution of 1:50 to 1:100 with. The optimal conditions should be determined by the individual laboratory. High temperature antigen unmasking technique predigestion is strongly recommended.

Hintergrund: This antibody reacts with Cytokeratin 19 (40 kD) intermediate filament and with a wide variety of Simple epithelia and non-squamous stratified epithelia. It does not react with stratified squamous epithelia. However, cervical squamous cell carcinomas show positivity with this antibody.
