Spezifität
- B 452 reacts with CD37. CD37 is a heavily glycosylated molecule with two to three N-linked carbohydrate chains attached to it. It is expressed throughout B cell ontogeny. B 452 reacts with human B cell lines (refer to Recommended Positive Control.)
