Usage: Suitable for use in Western Blot, ELISA, Immunofluorescence and Immunohistochemistry. Western Blot: 1-10 μg/mL using ECL. Immunohistochemistry (paraformaldehyde and frozen): 2-20 μg/mL. Immunofluorescence: 2-20 μg/mL. ELISA: 1:10000-1:100000 using 50-100 ng of control peptide per well.
