Hintergrund
KI67 is a nuclear protein, which is expressed in proliferating cells. Ki-67 is preferentially expressed during late G1-, S-, M-, and G2-phases of the cell cycle, while cells in the G0 (quiescent) phase are negative for this protein. During interphase, the Ki-67 antigen can be exclusively detected within the cell nucleus, whereas in mitosis most of the protein is relocated to the surface of the chromosomes. Synonyms: Monoclonal KI67 antibody, Anti-KI67 antibody, KI-67 antibody, KI 67 antibody.
