Hintergrund: ITPKC antibody detects Inositol-trisphosphate 3-kinase C, a signaling enzyme that phosphorylates inositol 1,4,5-trisphosphate (IP3) to generate inositol 1,3,4,5-tetrakisphosphate (IP4). ITPKC serves as a critical regulator of intracellular calcium signaling, immune activation, and vascular inflammation. ITPKC is encoded by the ITPKC gene located on human chromosome 19q13.2.
