Hintergrund: NRCAM antibody detects Neuronal cell adhesion molecule, a type I transmembrane glycoprotein belonging to the L1 family of cell adhesion molecules (CAMs). NRCAM promotes axonal guidance, synapse formation, and cell-cell communication during nervous system development.
