Tusamitamab ravtansine (SAR408701) is an antibody-drug conjugate (ADC) combining a humanized monoclonal antibody and a potent cytotoxic maytansinoid derivative (DM4) inhibiting microtubule assembly. Tusamitamab biosimilar uses the same protein sequences as the therapeutic antibody tusamitamab.
