Spezifität
- Anti-Chlamydia (Clone CHTR-1488) has known reactivity for the Lipopolysaccharide (LPS) of Chlamydia. It is specific for the genus Chlamydia and reactive to all species C. trachomatis, C. pneumoniae & C. psittaci. Antigen LPS Background Chlamydia is one of the most common sexually transmitted infections (STI) worldwide. It is caused by the bacterium Chlamydia trachomatis, a gram-negative, obligate intracellular bacterium that primarily infects the genital tract, but can also cause infections in the eyes, lungs, and other parts of the body.
