This antibody is specific for the H5N1 and H1N1 subtypes of influenza A virus. Influenza viruses are negative-sense, single-stranded, segmented RNA viruses.

Application Notes original Clone: The affinity of this antibody to H1/1999 HA was assessed. This was done by using the human version of this antibody for Bio-Layer Interferometry on H1/1999 HA. Further, an ELISA was preformed using the human version of this antibody on HA from influenza (Whittle et al, 2014, pmid:24501410).

Produktmerkmale: This reformatted human antibody was made using the variable domain sequences of the original Human IgG format for improved compatibility with existing reagents assays and techniques.
